Like I said on my page, MDA camp is one of the highlights of my year. It is only a week but it should be two or even better four. I love everyone there as a family. I don't know what I'd do without it.
I started going to MDA camp five years ago shy and uncomfortable with my life. It lit a light for me and made me open up. It made me outgoing, and strong in the hope that I can be who I can be. I feel like a veteran now enjoying every minute of the smiles of the younger campers.
Here are my MDA camp pictures of '98. I hope you enjoy them even if most of you haven't been there at all.
This is a pic of (from the left to the right) Megan, me and Jackie.
This is Gina and Tammy on a "Goldwing" when the Harley riders and the Goldwing riders came on visitors day.
